Patrick has owned and operated a variety of restaurants for over 30 years. His most recent venture was the hugely successful Patrick David’s Cafe in Danville. In the past 14 years Patrick David’s has gathered many awards. The most recent including “Diners Choice 2010” Award from Open Table.

Patrick is continuing to create a concept that is diverse from all the other food establishments in this quaint and beautiful shopping center in the Danville Livery. The cuisine is California Pacific Asian.

Patrick David Schoolcraft is an accomplished chef with more than 35 years in the food industry.  He has studied with some of the country’s most respected chefs including the renowned Chef Daniel Boulud of Restaurant Daniel, Francois Payard of Patissier,  and Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin.

With his extensive experience in the food industry the restaurant provides a great format for Patrick to showcase his talents. He is constantly creating both in the restaurant and in catering.

Patrick’s innovative cooking style combines the finest quality of food and presentation. Our produce, meat, poultry, and fish are hand-picked from sustainable resources. He personally searches throughout the Bay Area at all the local markets for the finest ingredients. He is the driving force behind Patrick David’s Catering. It is a full service Catering and Event Company that specializes in the finest of culinary delights, with impeccable service and breathtaking presentation.
